Officially licensed by Aardman, this special edition marks the first time Shaun has ever been made in wool - a woolly world-first celebrating 30 years of everyone’s favourite mischievous sheep with a natural, sustainable twist.

100% Wool, inside & out

Shaun’s soft white fleece is crafted from a 100% wool pile fabric containing over 70% British wool, while his black face, ears and limbs are made from 100% wool fabric. Inside, he’s filled with pure British wool, offering a gentle, eco-friendly alternative to synthetic stuffing, supporting UK sheep farmers and celebrating Britain’s finest natural fibre.

Fun size and Family Safe

At around 20 cm long and weighing 85 g, Shaun is lightweight, durable, and very, very woolly! Tested to EN 71 / EU Toy Safety Directive 2009/48/EC standards, he is safe from birth (0+), though labelled for ages 3+ as recommended.

Hand Filled and Finished

Each toy is machine stitched, hand filled and hand finished to Wool Hugger’s high standards, ensuring lasting quality, softness, and charm. Made using natural, renewable materials and free from synthetic filling, Shaun is as kind to the planet as he is to little

In 2025, Shaun turns 30, having made his debut appearance in Wallace & Gromit: A Close Shave (1995). Since then, he has been a children’s favourite with 6 series, 2 Christmas specials and 2 movies, with a 3rd due for 2026 (Shaun the Sheep: The Beast of Mossy Bottom).
